Rutherford Hotel, Nelson

18th - 20th of September 2019.

Meet the NZDr team at the RANZCP 2019 Conference for an informal chat about working as a Locum Psychiatrist in New Zealand.

NZDr is a New Zealand based, owned and operated boutique recruitment agency that specialises in Psychiatry: Locum, Fixed Term and Permanent roles.

The team is excited to be exhibiting at The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrist’s New Zealand Conference in Nelson this September. This is an opportunity to meet face to face and ask your questions about Locum Psychiatrist opportunities around New Zealand.

About us...
Kate McKendry has 15+ years Medical recruitment experience and is a Recruitment consultant and Principal Partner at NZDr.

Between 2009 and 2018, Kate successfully established the New Zealand branch of an International Medical recruitment company in New Zealand. Following the sale of this to a multinational, Kate chose to return to working with a smaller company that could offer freedom and flexibility. With 3 school-age children, this flexibility is important.

Kate has found that New Zealand’s Mental Health services are staffed by caring and passionate Psychiatrists who want to provide the best possible service for their clients. There is high demand for Locum Psychiatrists around New Zealand and Kate utilises her wealth of experience to bring Psychiatrists and DHB's together, whilst also recruiting for permanent roles.

Johnny Robinson has a background in New Zealand recruitment for over a decade and is NZDr’s Operations Manager & Managing Director.  Johnny has a passion for people and for being part of the team that’s dedicated to delivering a positive experience for every Doctor that works with NZDr.

Our stand is #1 at the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists Conference.

NZDr is the only agency in New Zealand that focuses solely on Psychiatry recruitment. Talk to us at the conference and we can:

  • Review your CV on the spot to ascertain eligibility for Locum.
  • Answer your questions knowledgeably and honestly.
  • Listen to what will work for you and advise how we can help.

Come and find us at stand #1 – next to the coffee -  or, contact now to arrange a time to sit and chat when we are in Nelson.
