I never thought negotiating a new senior medical job offer, and then re-establishing myself and my family half-way across the globe could be accomplished so efficiently and expeditiously, but with Kate's help and support it was all smooth sailing!

I can thoroughly recommend Kate's work; when it comes to medical recruitment and everything that follows, I found that either she would know the answers that one is looking for, or she would know someone who does.

Much appreciated!

Dr. Arnob Chakraborti | Psychiatrist

Kate has by far been the most efficient and supportive recruitment consultant that I have come across. She has always been honest in the options available and keeps me informed with regular updates. I would not hesitate to highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Yenal Dunder | Consultant Psychiatrist

I recently completed a 3 week consultant psychiatrist locum in Manakau, Auckland. NZDr Locums and the local health authority were very helpful and considerate. The job itself was enjoyable, working with a multidisciplinary team who made me feel quite welcome and appreciated. The work itself is very similar to Australia and the NHS. As an Australian with the Fellowship made the process reasonably straightforward however I would allow at least 3 months preparation time to complete all the paperwork. The New Zealand Medical Council were quite helpful however they do require a lot of paperwork and a face to face interview. The most frustrating aspect of working in New Zealand was the rigorous health checks required by the local health authority. Many of the health checks were not provided under the usual GP and required expensive private blood tests and additional vaccinations. If you have visited New Zealand you will know that the people are incredibly friendly and helpful, and this was certainly the case with my experience with the local Health Authority, the Medical Council and the NZDr agency

Dr. Shane Ryan I Consultant Psychiatrist

New Zealand was a great place to live and work, offering a family friendly outdoor lifestyle, alongside exposure to unparalleled natural beauty and unique adventures. The excellent quality of life was complimented by the optimal work-life balance with flexible working arrangements. The work was equally rewarding and enriching, thanks to the welcoming multicultural workforce and ample opportunities to pursue my specialist interest in contributing towards delivering patient-centric services.

I benefited significantly from the in-depth knowledge, guidance and valuable insights provided by Kate from NZDr in seeking my jobs, which were matched perfectly to suit my individual preferences and requirements. I am thankful for her thoughtful suggestions and would highly recommend her for exploring work options in New Zealand.
