About the role
Middlemore Hospital's Emergency Department is one of New Zealand's busiest, with more than 130,000 presentations a year. It is an ACEM-accredited mixed Tier 1 ED and a major trauma centre receiving around 300 major trauma patients annually, as well as the quaternary centre for spinal cord injury, burns and mangled limb. Permanent full or part-time roles available.
Salary & benefits
Base salary range: NZ$198,386 – NZ$282,645 (on call and job size on top)
6 weeks annual leave
Generous CME leave and funding (currently up to NZ$18,000 per annum under the collective agreement)
Relocation assistance: flights, accommodation, vehicle and freight
Professional indemnity support arrangements (varies by employer)
