About the role
NZDr is a Tier 1 supplier to Health New Zealand. We have psychiatry locum roles available across the country, for periods of up to six months.
Where the work is
We have current roles across a range of services, including:
Early Intervention
Maternal Mental Health
Older Persons
Forensic
Child and Adolescent
Acute Crisis
Inpatient
Some roles are face to face and some are delivered by AVL, so working remotely is an option for some of this work.
Rates & benefits
The daily rate is between $1,500 and $2,080, depending on the role and location
If a role involves travel, flights, accommodation and a car are generally provided.

We talk to services every day, so we have a good sense of who needs what and where. We also know where a role can be adjusted to suit you. That might mean the length of a placement, the days you work, or doing some of the work by AVL.
